We ship to all serviceable locations across India including urban and rural areas. Delivery times vary by location. International shipping currently unavailable.

Metro Cities: Standard and express delivery in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Pune.

Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities: Reliable delivery with standard timelines to smaller cities and towns.

Rural Areas: Delivery through local partners, may take additional time due to accessibility.

Order Processing

Verification: We verify payment and order details. High-value orders may require additional verification including phone or document verification.

Packaging: Items are picked, quality checked, and securely packaged using eco-friendly materials where possible.

Dispatch: Email and SMS notifications sent with tracking information once dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Real-time Tracking: Track orders through website/app using the tracking number from dispatch notification.

Delivery Updates: Regular updates including out-for-delivery notifications. Delivery partners contact you before delivery attempts.

Delivery Process

Standard Delivery: Delivery attempts during 9 AM to 7 PM. Partners coordinate with security for apartments/gated communities.

Delivery Attempts: Up to three attempts made. Failed attempts result in return to warehouse with options to reschedule or pickup.

ID Verification: Government-issued photo ID required for high-value orders.

Open Box Delivery: Available in select cities - inspect products before payment (COD orders). Refuse delivery if unsatisfied.

Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery: Due to incorrect address or unavailability, we'll contact you to reschedule. Additional attempts may incur charges.

Damaged Packages: Don't accept damaged packages. Inform delivery partner immediately for free replacement.

Missing Items: Contact customer service immediately with order details for investigation and prompt delivery of missing items.
