The Platform is owned by Rayba for Mens. Your use of the platform is governed by these Terms of Use. By using Rayba India, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
"You" or "User" means any person who registers as a buyer on the Platform. "Rayba", "Rayba India", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Rayba India and its affiliates.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use means you accept any revisions. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, limited privilege to use the Platform as long as you comply with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account details and all activities under your account. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination.
We may request password changes or suspend your account if we suspect security breaches. We are not liable for losses due to your failure to secure your account.
Your mobile number is your primary identifier. You must keep your contact details updated through OTP verification. We are not responsible for issues arising from outdated contact information.
If you don't access the Platform for 2 years, your data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
Rayba India enables users to purchase clothing, footwear and accessories from various brands. Products can be purchased through various payment methods. Sales are governed by specific policies like cancellation, exchange, and return policies.
When creating return requests, you must confirm the product is unused with original tags. Used, damaged, or tagless products will be declined and re-shipped to you without refund eligibility.
We do not warrant that product descriptions are accurate or complete and assume no liability for errors.
Users interact for transactions on our Platform. Rayba India cannot control transactions between users. All commercial terms including price, shipping, payment, delivery, and warranties are agreed between buyers and sellers alone.
We make no representation about product quality or value and are not responsible for contract breaches between users. We hold no rights over products and have no obligations regarding user contracts.
You agree not to upload, share, or transmit content that: belongs to others without permission; is misleading, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful; violates intellectual property or privacy rights; or promotes illegal activities.
You shall not engage in spam, chain letters, or mass mailing, or promote abusive, threatening, or illegal conduct.
Fraudulent activity includes: not responding to payment verification; failing to provide adequate verification documents; misusing other users' contact details; using invalid information; returning wrong products; refusing payment; or theft of orders.
We are not responsible for payment issues including lack of authorization, exceeding preset limits, transaction declines, or other payment-related problems.
All payments must be in Indian Rupees. We do not facilitate transactions in other currencies.
Sellers may request identity and address verification documents before shipping to ensure secure transactions.
Rayba India is not liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages from using or inability to use our services, unauthorized access to data, or any other service-related matters.
We are not responsible for platform unavailability during maintenance or unplanned outages. You download materials at your own risk and are solely responsible for any resulting damage.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or act unethically. These Terms survive indefinitely unless we choose to terminate them.
Upon termination, we may delete your content without liability. However, transaction details may be preserved for tax or regulatory compliance.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.
